Relevant programmes

The project gives added value to ENPI programs implemented in the Baltic Sea Region. CBC structures are the most important beneficiaries of BEN-EAST project, therefore strengthening of these bodies should result in efficient implementation of the programmes. During project events experiences from different ENPI programmes (Baltic Sea Region, Barents, Colarctic regions) will be exchanged.

Activities of the project also complement the work of INTERACT and especially INTERACT Point Managing Transition and External Cooperation because project targets general issues of exchange of experience within CBC. Euroregion Baltic, which takes part in the BEN network, is also responsible for the BSR INTERREG III B project SEAGULL II and experiences of these two projects will be exchanged.
