About project
Project aims

• to provide Russian and Belarusian CBC structures with possibility to benefit from experience and knowledge accumulated by the large network of cross border cooperation structures in the Baltic Sea region;

   

• to increase "triple Helix" partnership between public, private and research sectors, as well as dialogue within each of these sectors;

   

• to make activities of CBC structures/Euroregions in Russia and Belarus more visible, and information about CBC more accessible both for authorities and population;

   

• to inform other border regions in Russia and Belarus about positive experience of cooperation between Russia/Belarus and EU.
